We offer a 24-hour service,365 days a year. All calls are redirected to our 24-hour staffed on-call centre outside office hours.
Our charge rates are fully inclusive, and include extras such as Employees NIC, agency commission and VAT where applicable.
When a client wishes to have a long term contract with PLUS Recruitment, we offer a range of discounts to reflect this commitment to service.
We make sure that all candidates are vetted, screened and monitored within a strict framework standard in line with NHS compliance guidelines.

Our compassionate caregivers strive to create a warm and nurturing environment where individuals can age in place while maintaining their independence.
Understanding the importance of round-the-clock care, we offer a sleeping/waking night service from 22.00 to 07.00 hours. During these nighttime hours, our trained caregivers are available to provide essential support, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our clients. Whether it’s assistance with personal care, medication administration, or being a comforting presence throughout the night, our caregivers are dedicated to maintaining a secure and nurturing environment. With our reliable night service, individuals and their families can rest assured knowing that professional care is just a call away, even during the overnight hours.
For those who require more continuous support and assistance, we offer live-in care services upon request. Our live-in caregivers are carefully selected to provide around-the-clock care, remaining present and attentive throughout the day and night. This personalized service ensures that individuals receive the support they need, whenever they need it, in the comfort of their own homes. Our compassionate live-in caregivers not only assist with daily activities and personal care but also offer companionship and emotional support, promoting overall well-being and quality of life.
