How do I know what level of care my loved one needs?

We provide a free, no-obligation home assessment. Our care manager will meet with you to discuss your loved one’s health, daily routine, and personal goals to recommend the most appropriate level of support.

How do you select and train your carers?

Every caregiver undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including enhanced DBS (criminal record) checks and thorough reference verification. They also complete mandatory induction training, followed by specialised modules in dementia care, manual handling, and safeguarding.

Will my loved one have the same caregiver every time?

We prioritise consistency. Whenever possible, we assign a dedicated team of regular carers to ensure familiarity, build trust, and maintain a consistent routine for our clients.

Can care plans be changed if needs evolve?

Absolutely. Our care plans are flexible and dynamic. We conduct regular reviews and stay in close contact with families to adjust support levels as physical or cognitive needs change over time.

How much does home care cost?

Costs vary based on the type of care, the number of hours required, and the complexity of needs. We provide transparent, personalised quotes following your initial assessment.

How quickly can care begin?

In many cases, care can begin quickly once an assessment has been completed and a suitable care plan is agreed. Where urgent support is needed, we will always do our best to arrange care as soon as possible.
